Terms of Service

1. Who We Are and Acceptance

GrailBounty is operated by Bada Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with an address at 30 N Gould St #Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("GrailBounty," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the website, applications, and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must meet the minimum age requirement of [MINIMUM AGE] in [RELEVANT JURISDICTION] and have authority to accept these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have any consent required by applicable law from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Platform-Only Role

GrailBounty is a discovery, listing, communication, and community platform. We help people publish card-related requests and listings and may facilitate introductions or notifications. We are not a card dealer, broker, auction house, marketplace seller, appraiser, authenticator, grader, insurer, escrow agent, payment processor, shipper, or party to a user-to-user transaction.

We do not hold cards, money, deposits, bounties, or other consideration. We do not guarantee that a card exists, is available, is authentic, is accurately described, is in a stated condition, or will be delivered. Images and catalog data may be imported, curated, historical, user-submitted, or otherwise incomplete.

3. Transactions Between Users

Any purchase, sale, trade, gift, shipment, payment, or other exchange is solely between the users involved. You are responsible for independently evaluating the other party, the card, the terms, payment method, shipping, insurance, taxes, authenticity, condition, returns, and applicable law. Do not send money or property unless you are comfortable with the risks and have independently agreed on appropriate protections.

GrailBounty does not process or reverse payments, provide escrow, arrange shipping, verify authenticity, mediate private disputes, or guarantee a transaction outcome.

4. Bounties and Rewards

A bounty or reward displayed on the Service is governed by the separate Bounty and Reward Terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise in approved written terms, a bounty is informational only and is not a promise by GrailBounty to pay anyone. GrailBounty does not fund, hold, guarantee, process, or collect bounty payments.

5. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require email verification, restrict features, or decline account creation when needed to protect users and the Service.

6. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit, including profiles, hunt descriptions, listings, messages, photographs, and reports ("User Content"). You grant GrailBounty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, display, distribute, and use User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, promote, and enforce rules for the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and grant this license. Do not upload content that violates another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, impersonation, deception, price manipulation, or misleading bounty claims.
• Harassment, threats, hate, doxxing, stalking, or abusive communications.
• Uploading malware, credentials, unlawful content, or content that infringes rights.
• Using the Service for illegal transactions, evasion, or financial crime.
• Scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, or bypassing rate limits without permission.
• Attempting to compromise accounts, moderation, security, or other users.
• Creating duplicate or deceptive accounts or evading a restriction.

8. Moderation and Termination

We may review, restrict, remove, label, or preserve content; limit visibility; suspend features; or suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, investigation, abuse prevention, or violation of these Terms. We may also preserve records where required or reasonably necessary. Account termination does not erase obligations that by their nature survive termination.

9. Copyright and Takedown Requests

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [COPYRIGHT CONTACT] containing the information required by applicable law, including identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement, and your signature. 10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND RESULTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE MATCHES, CARD AVAILABILITY, AUTHENTICITY, CONDITION, PAYMENT, SHIPPING, OR TRANSACTION COMPLETION.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Bada Studios LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR PROPERTY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE, USER CONTENT, OR A USER-TO-USER TRANSACTION. Any monetary cap must be supplied by counsel: [LIABILITY CAP].

12. Disputes and Governing Law
