Bounty and Reward Terms

GrailBounty is operated by Bada Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, at 30 N Gould St #Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
1. Informational or Binding?
Unless a separate, written agreement expressly says otherwise, a bounty or reward shown on GrailBounty is informational only. It communicates what a hunter says they may be willing to offer; it is not a guaranteed offer, escrowed amount, prize, or promise by GrailBounty. 2. Who Funds It
GrailBounty does not fund, hold, collect, process, insure, or guarantee bounties or rewards. If a user chooses to fund a reward, that user is solely responsible for the funds and for agreeing directly with another user on eligibility, amount, timing, payment method, taxes, and any conditions. 3. No Escrow or Guaranteed Payment
No funds are deposited with GrailBounty. We cannot confirm that a displayed amount is available, that a user will pay, or that a card will be authentic, available, shipped, or delivered. Users must independently evaluate and document any arrangement.
4. Expiration and Cancellation
A user may edit, pause, cancel, or withdraw an informational bounty at any time unless the user has separately agreed otherwise with another user. Default expiration is [DEFAULT EXPIRATION RULE]. Displayed status may be historical and may not reflect a current commitment. GrailBounty may remove or label stale, misleading, disputed, or prohibited bounty information.
5. Taxes and Reporting
Each user is solely responsible for determining and satisfying tax, reporting, record- keeping, withholding, and other legal obligations arising from any reward, sale, trade, or payment. 6. Fraudulent or Misleading Bounties
Do not post a bounty you do not intend or are not authorized to honor, misstate an amount or condition, use a bounty to solicit personal or financial information, or manipulate discovery. We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and refer suspected fraud or illegal conduct to appropriate parties.
7. Disputes
Users should first communicate directly and preserve records of their agreement. A dispute-resolution service is not provided by GrailBounty unless [OWNER-APPROVED DISPUTE SERVICE] is completed. Reports about misleading content or platform abuse can be submitted through the Service; we do not adjudicate private payment, authenticity, shipping, or transaction disputes.
